Sizing:

All of our undies come in XS-XXL. Please see our sizing chart with helpful guidelines. We try our best to be accurate and help you find the right fit for you. When in doubt, email us @ support@popcheeks.com so we can help you pick the right size.

Shipping

All orders ship with USPS unless you chose otherwise. USPS First Class Shipping (3-5 days from order shipped date) is free for orders over $50 to USA, $2.99 for all other orders under $50 to USA; for international orders, please see shipping section upon checking out for rates.
For international shipping, please allow for 2 extra business days processing time*
Items are shipped within 1-2 business days after order is placed, pending items are in stock. After shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking #. Never received one? Email us @ orders@popcheeks.com and reference your order #. Thanks!

Returns

Your FIRST return/exchange is FREE! We aim to please and hope you are 100% satisfied with our product. We do, however, only offer free returns/exchanges on the 1st purchase only (Returns/Exchanges must be made with 7 days of package receipt). All secondary orders will have a shipping & handling fee of $5 deducted from your refund order total.

Items not eligible for return: Items worn, with a distinct odor (from soiling or washing), soil marks, or obvious alteration to original design. Items in poor condition including tears or rips are also not eligible for return. International orders are considered final sale.
Due to the nature of our product (and sanitary issues) we highly recommend the following for trying on Popcheeks underwear: to prevent a declined return, we recommend you try on your Popcheeks purchase over your existing underwear.

Exchanges

Please email returns@popcheeks.com for exchange inquiries. Direct exchanges are not always guaranteed due to limited stock availability. Please inquire about availability first before initiating an exchange. Please note, Exchanges can take up to 10 working days of processing and handling time.
